John Arnold is a Hearing Instrument Specialist and CEO for Arnold Hearing Centres. As son of founder Harold K. Arnold. John has been working at the Kitchener office for over 30 years and is graduate of both Sheridan College as well as Queen's University. He is certified through AHIP, and the International Hearing Society.

Deborah Spencer is an Audiologist and a graduate of the Universities of Western and Brock. Deborah is also available to provide hearing services to Workplace Safety & Insurance Board Claimants as well as to test children over the age of 5 years

Kathie Coulter is a hearing instrument dispenser. She is certified through AHIP and is a graduate of Sir George Williams University in Montreal.

Chris Arnold is an honors graduate from the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at George Brown College, as well as a business honors graduate from Durham College. He is the grandson of founder Harold Arnold and son of current CEO John Arnold. Chris is also the Kitchener Office Manager and Marketing Manager.

Matt Watson is a hearing instrument dispenser and 'Honors Graduate' from Conestoga College. He will be working out of both the Kitchener and Guelph offices.

Glenda Rutherford is Kitchener’s office administrator. She is happy to take your calls or emails in regards to any questions you may have or appointments you need made. Glenda is a graduate of Georgian College.
